The celebrated entertainer brings his legendary comic touch to Tilles Center, Saturday, April 10, at 4 and 8 p.m. With his landmark television series, hit movies including “Uptown Saturday Night” and best-selling books like “Fatherhood,” Bill Cosby is considered a national treasure with the unique ability to touch people’s hearts.

He is a strong advocate for education, health and the betterment of family life throughout the United States, often utilizing his star status to heighten awareness of those important issues. Cosby’s remarkable career has taken him from his humble youth in a Philadelphia project to star status. Now he returns to his stand-up roots, which began in the 1960s and spawned a string of best-selling comedy albums, which went on to win eight Gold Records, five Platinum Records and five Grammy Awards.
