Patrick Curran, transit supervisor, at 85

Lynbrook resident Patrick Curran, father of State Assemblyman Brian Curran, died on Aug. 19. He was 85.

Patrick Curran was born on March 7, 1932. He worked as a transit supervisor.

Curran’s visitation was held Tuesday at Flinch & Bruns Funeral Home on Hempstead Avenue, and his funeral Mass was scheduled for Wednesday at Our Lady of Peace Roman Catholic Church on Fowler Avenue, after the Herald went to press. It was to be followed by a burial at St. Charles Cemetery on Wellwood Avenue in Farmingdale.
