VFW Post 3350 in East Rockaway hosting supply drive amid pandemic

East Rockaway Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3350 is organizing a drive at its headquarters to help the Nassau County Veterans Service Agency replenish its food and toiletry supply for veterans and families in need.

Though the post is closed amid the coronavirus pandemic, its members have coordinated a way to schedule drop-offs, where they can meet with donors outside the facility to gather supplies while adhering to safety protocols.

Donors can also drop supplies to the Veterans Service Agency, 2201 Hempstead Turnpike, Building Q, in East Meadow from Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to noon.
