The Malverne Historical Society held a trash and treasure sale last Saturday, where vendors set up tables with artwork, crafts, books, jewelry, baby items, antiques, attic treasures and more.
Despite the seeming schedule conflict — Malverne High School’s Homecoming parade and game took place just down the street that day — dozens turned out to rummage through treasures.
