Jewish war veteran Sheila Berg celebrated

Congregation Shaaray Shalom hosted its annual Veterans Shabbat Program on Saturday, Nov. 11 with Jewish war veteran Sheila Berg speaking on Zoom.

Ed Freeberg, a member of Jewish War Veterans Post 652, also spoke and provided insight along with Berg. Rabbi Art Vernon guided the program, which was particularly important this year.

Berg spoke about her 29 years of military service, and the war Israel is engaged in against Hamas terrorists.
