Among Volunteers there to support the team and cheerleaders were Troy Ward and Godfrey John.
In addition to handing out equipment, volunteers, including Grant Sanders had to help some players, get fitted for their uniforms. Sanders was doing just that for player Gerardo Delligatti.
Fifth grader Gabby Evans and sixth grader Briana Fisher took part in Cheerleaders Night.

The Malverne Wildcats held their first “Meet the Cheerleaders Night” last week to kick off the football season. Cheerleaders, players and parents joined volunteers, who handed out equipment, to discuss and prepare for the upcoming season. As the season gets underway, the Wildcats will host more events and fund raisers.
