A 'Giant' celebration for Merrick-Bellmore fans

New York City held its traditional ticker-tape parade on Tuesday, Feb. 7, to honor the New York Giants, who defeated the New England Patriots, 21-17, during Super Bow XLVI on Sunday. Giants fans from far and wide, including fans from Bellmore and Merrick, joined in the fun. Pictured above, in back, from left, were Kennedy High School graduates Alex Sommer and Chris Composto, and Mepham graduates Brian Collins, Matthew Ferazzoli, Pete Rees, and, in front, Dan LaBoyne, who celebrated at the parade.
