Bellmore-Merrick schools closed because of the storm

Owing to a major winter storm that was expected to dump an estimated six to 12 inches of snow on Nassau County, all school districts in the Bellmore-Merrick community were closed on Friday, Feb. 26.

Districts include:

•Bellmore Elementary School District

•Bellmore-Merrick Central High School District

•Merrick Elementary School District

•North Bellmore Elementary School District

•North Merrick Elementary School District
