County legislator is guest reader at Chatterton Elementary School

Chatterton Elementary School in Merrick recently invited Nassau County Legislator Dave Denenberg to be a guest reader for the students in Mr. Keenan’s sixth-grade class. The Merrick School District's annual Read Aloud Program is designed to emphasize the importance of daily reading and how reading is a good hobby to carry through into adulthood. Denenberg is pictured with Keenan’s students and resource-room teacher Johannah Kramer.
