East Meadow travel team to host car wash fundraiser Sept. 12

The East Meadow Soccer Club’s U-11 Gold Stars ’99 girls travel team will hold a car wash fundraiser on Sunday, Sept. 12, from 9 a.m. to noon. Proceeds from the event will go to defray travel and training costs.
The car wash will be held in the Citibank parking lot at 651 Newbridge Road in East Meadow, just north of North Jerusalem Road.
The 15-member team comprises girls from East Meadow, Merrick, Bellmore and Levittown.
