Kennedy High to host Health and Career Fair

The Kennedy High School Science Department will host a Health and Career Fair on Tuesday, March 24, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the school’s gym.

The event is made possible with support from the Kennedy High School Alumni Association. Professionals in the fields of cardiology, neurosurgery, endocrinology, pediatrics, dentistry, chiropractic care, nutrition and personal fitness will be on hand to offer students and their friends and families advice on getting started in the healthcare industry. Participants will also learn about ways to live a healthier lifestyle.

Raffles will be held at the fair, with proceeds going to Cohen Children’s Medical Center, part of the North Shore-LIJ Health System.
