Where else can you look through a large telescope, pet a horseshoe crab, perform math mindbenders and make your own volcano? These were just some of the activities that children and families engaged in at the Oceanside School District’s Family Math Science and Technology Day on Nov. 20.
Family Math, Science and Technology Day promotes children’s engagement with the wonders of math, science and technology and encourages families to support children in further pursuing these topics.
