Report Inappropriate Comments

I know that the City of LB is proud of its completed section of the new boardwalk and wants to showcase it. But I feel that Kennedy Plaza would have been a much better venue for the Billy Crystal event.

There are two activities in the Plaza on Saturday that could have benefited tremendously from the crowd that Billy Crystal will no doubt draw. Now they are competing activities.

I do not know how anyone is going to go to the Farmers Market in Kennedy Plaza in the am, then dash over to the beach at noon on LB Blvd, find parking again, attend the Crystal event and then return to Kennedy Plaza and find parking again for the crafts show. It sounds exhausting. It also sounds like people will have to chose one thing and leave out another.

Does this make sense? What do you think? Is this poor planning? Or am I missing something?
