On Oct. 18, Hempstead Lake State Park held a day long Fall Fish Festival to celebrate the season.

Families had a chance to come to the park to enjoy all kinds of rides and activities. But the highlight of the day was fish-filled pond that amateurs and pros alike got to cast lines in, all angling for a big catch.
