Gypsy comes up roses at South Side

South Side High School held its annual musical last weekend, with students performing the classic musical Gypsy.

A story about a mother, her daughters, and her dreams for their success, Gypsy follows a dysfunctional family for years as an overbearing mother, Rose, lives her dreams of stardom vicariously through her daughters, June and Louise.
