Holiday week and special events at the Rec Center

The Roll Around set-up will be available from 9:15- 10 a.m. for children from 1-4 each morning from Dec. 24-Jan. 2 except Christmas Day, New Years Day and Sundays. Parents must accompany children. The fee is $7 per family session. No pre-registration is required. Please, no older children.

Ice Skating at Freeport Rec. Center

Two hours of skating includes rental.

Grades 1-8, from 9:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.

The fee is $13.

Holiday craft activity

For grades K-4.

Michael’s Amusements in Oceanside

A fun-filled arcade with video games and connected X-Box games and Laser tag. Pizza and beverage lunch included.

Grades 1 and up, from 12:30 p.m. - 3 p.m.

New Years Eve Game Day

Play all the Rec’s party games

Grades K-1, from 10:15 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.

The fee is $10.

New Years Eve Dodgeball

Kids will play many variations of dodgeball. Bagels and juice served after gym time.

Grades 2-5, from 10:45 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.

The fee is $10.

Bowling at RVC Lanes

Two hours of bowling for Grades 1-8.

Bus for Grades 1 and 2 leaves the Rec Center at noon and returns at 2:30 p.m.

For Grades 3 and up, the bus leaves at 12:30 p.m. and returns at 3 p.m.

The fee is $13.
