Rockville Centre kids got a chance to meet some real heroes at the library last week.
Village police officers and fire fighters came to the library on Aug. 21 and brought some of their coolest things with them: their police cars and fire trucks.
Kids got the chance to meet some of Rockville Centre’s finest and bravest, and also got to sit in their vehicles and see what it’s like to be behind the wheel.
