On May 16, Molloy College held its 55th commencement at Nassau Coliseum, sending off the class of 2014 in grand style.
The guest speaker at this year’s ceremony was Rockville Centre resident John Cameron, the founder and managing partner of Cameron Engineering and Associates, LLP. The college also honored Barbara H. Hagan, who received an honorary Doctor of Laws degree. Because of her commitment to Molloy College and nursing, the college will soon break ground on a new academic building, The Barbara H. Hagan Center for Nursing.
Additionally, the college awarded its first-ever Ph.D. to Gina M. Kearney, a doctoral candidate of the Division of Nursing.
