Concert fundraiser
The Rosa Lee Young Childhood Center presents The Acchords on June 3 at 7 p.m. at MacArthur Park, 1 Maple Ave. The community is invited for the performance, hors d'oeuvres, desserts, coffee, raffles, prizes and tons of fun.

Wellness fundraiser
Blue Firmament and Nourishing Solutions 4 Life will present "Hormones 101," a fundraiser for breastcancerchoices.org on June 3 from 7:30 - 9:30 p.m. at Blue Firmanent, 202 Merrick Road. The program, "A Wellness Night Out for Women & Men" will feature Dr. Moshe Dekel, to discuss hormone health and how balanced hormones help manage stress, increase energy, and cultivate a healthy sex Life. Learn to correlate between symptoms and hormone deficits. A Q& A session will follow the lecture. The cost is $30 or two for $50. Pre-registration is required. New Comers' Club
The Rockville Centre New Comers' Club will conclude a successful season of fundraising for the National Transplant Assistance Fund, in the name of neighbor, Kathy Burns, who is recovering from a Multi Visceral Transplant.
