Pastor Dr. Roger D. Johns and St. Marks United Methodist Church, on Hempstead Avenue, have graciously opened their doors to a number of Rockville Centre Girl Scout troops for many years. On April 24, in celebration of Earth Day 2010, the Girl Scouts held a Spring Clean Up of the church's outdoor area. St. Marks and Pastor Johns have been very generous to the Girl Scouts, and they found perfect way to give back on a beautiful spring day!
