Rolling thunder

The RVC Thunder was something of a juggernaut, winning all four games in the Northport Columbus Day tournament.

The final match against LIFC clinched first place for the boys with a 2-1 victory. Chris Collins scored six goals in the four games! Outstanding defensive performances were made by Kieran Laurie, Bobby Connors and goalkeeper Jack Kimmel who saved two penalty shots. In the bottom row, from left, are Cameron Dunn, Pat Kavanagh, Kieran Laurie, Michael Cartusciello, Will Speechley and Jack Kimmel. In the top row are Dermot Quinn, Bobby Connors, Erik Mazzanobile, Gavin Derkatch, Thomas Doodian and Chris Collins. The team is coached by Mary Lou Laurie and Julie Derkatch.
