South Side High School graduates Steve Kane, left and Jesse Winter organized the 2nd annual Hoops 4 Hope Charity 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament held on Aug. 14, raising about $2,000.

H4H is a non-profit organization that raises money to provide kids in Zimbabwe and South Africa with basketball courts, leagues and coaches. The snapback hat company, SEA, supported the event by donating 25 percent of the revenue made on each hat toward a non-profit corresponding to the color of the hat. Twenty five percent of the revenue of each RVC hat goes toward the Tim McMullan Scholarship Fund (which awards money to a special needs student graduating from South Side High School).
