Students from St. Agnes Cathedral School were among those participating in the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Nassau County’s 25th annual Trivia Challenge fundraiser during the week of Feb. 22. Alexandra Fischer, Natalie Correa, Liam Hogan and Jack Kerning were participants in the 7th and 8th grade category and participants in the 5th and 6th grade category included Meghan Bennet, Erin Lyons, Rosemary Mulry and Caroline Turansky. They took first place in that

category.

“It was so wonderful to have students from St. Agnes Cathedral School participating in the Trivia Challenge event. I was proud of all of them for their impressive knowledge and the fundraising they did on behalf of our agency,” said Pat Quinn, Community Outreach Manager at ucpn who is a Rockville Centre resident. As it has in the past, the Nassau Educators Federal Credit Union (NEFCU) sponsored the event. For information about next year’s Trivia Challenge contact ucpn’s Development Associate and Trivia Challenge Coordinator, Michelle Gevirtz at (516) 378-2000 ext. 651 or at mgevirtz@ucpn.org.
