Rockville Centre schools opened their doors last week, ending summer for all of the village’s kids.

Schools in Rockville Centre opened on Sept. 4 — a day later than many other schools in the area. But the day was beautiful, and many parents came to see their kids off at all the schools. Student faces were full of smiles at the Francis F. Wilson Elementary School, where kids came back for the new year.
