Late last month, South Side High School seniors joined members of the Sandel Senior Center for the annual Intergenerational Holiday Party.
Students came to the Sandel Center on Dec. 22 to sing for — and with —the seniors at the center. The two groups enjoyed snacks, as well as each other’s company for the afternoon.
The annual event has become a favorite for both students and Sandel members, because the two groups get to spend time together and share their unique experiences with each other.
