On Friday, Nov. 6, Molloy College held its annual gala at the Madison Theatre.
This year’s festivities were hosted by actor Tony Danza. The evening featured a performance by Broadway stars, accompanied by Rockville Centre’s own South Shore Symphony.
In addition to being the largest fundraiser of the year for the college, Molloy’s gala is also an opportunity for the school to honor members of the community. This year, Gary Maranga, the principal in charge of The Design Alliance received the Lifetime Achievement Award. Emilie J. Sair was honored with the Distinguished Alumni Award. And Jerry Levy and his company, JL Media, Inc., were honored with the Corporate Achievement Award.
