Nassau County, Long Beach declare state of emergency

Mangano reminded residents to assemble an "Emergency Go-Kit" that kit should include medications; a first aid kit, a flashlight with extra batteries, a portable radio and water and dry food. The county will also activate its Non-Emergency Hotline on Sunday at 7 a.m.
