The August 4 Usdan Center Gala featured performances by senior students of music, dance and theater (and an on-site exhibit of works by visual arts students), including excerpts from Ernest Bloch's rarely-performed "Sacred Service." Guest artists were award-winning composer/conductor Adam Glaser leading the ensemble, and baritone Jesse Blumberg (Santa Fe Opera, Mark Morris Dance Group). The event was at the McKinley Ampitheater at Usdan Center for the Creative and Performing Arts. The nationally renowned summer arts day camp has just completed its 43rd season.
