Two Baldwin teens were arrested by Nassau County police on Thursday night after officers say they caught them mugging two pedestrians.

According to police, Jeremy Durocher, 17, was seen robbing two teenagers, one 16- and one 17-year-old boy, in front of 1770 Grand Ave at 9:40 p.m.

Durocher then got into a waiting car being driven by Jackenson Smith, 17, who drove off fleeing the scene. Police officers stopped the car and placed the two teens under arrest.

Police say a set of keys and an unknown amount of cash were taken from the two victims, who were uninjured.

Both Durocher and Smith are charged with Robbery 2nd Degree and were arraigned in First District Court, Hempstead.
