Fog/Mist Covert marches and raises thousands

The entire Covert School participated in the annual March of Dimes fundraiser.

Covert students led the march around the field at the school, and were joined by teachers and parents.

On May 20, William S. Covert Elementary School hosted a March of Dimes fundraiser.
Kids, teachers and parents all marched around the field to raise awareness for the March of Dimes, which fights to help premature babies.
The students all wore purple, which is the color of the March of Dimes. Many also had their hair dyed purple for the day.
In total, the school raised $4,000 for the organization, and had a lot of fun doing it.
