The remnants of Tropical Storm Nicole are expected to bring heavy rains and winds to Nassau County until Friday morning.
The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch through Friday night and a high wind watch through Thursday night. According to the National Weather Service, up to four inches of rain could fall on the area and winds could rise to gusts of 58 mph or more.
Forecasters say showers are likely on Wednesday night, with heavier rain starting in early Thursday morning.
