Friends from Canaan, Ct. deliver truckloads of necessities to Long Beach & Island Park residents in need

A life long friends along with her many friends from Canaan, Ct. arrived in Long Beach early Sat afternoon in an SUV, cow trailer and several rented Budget box trucks full from top to bottom & end to end with every type of necessity our communities need. Diapers, wipes, hundreds of bags of non perishable foods, toiletries, socks, gloves, bedding, toys, books, boots, flashlights, batteries, cleaning supplies, bleach, paper towels, toilet paper, paper plates, cups,mops, buckets and the list goes on. A crew on incredibly generous and dedicated people with enormous hearts just giving to make others lives a little better. Donations were bought to both Long Beach and Island Park residents, who were so grateful it brought us to tears. I can not convey the magnitude of their donation or their hearts! I'm proud to have been part of such a humbling day.
