Girl Scouts Caroling through the South Side of town!

The Riverside Girl Scout troops, including the former Riverside troops now in the middle school, gathered together on December 19th to celebrate their participation in the holiday stocking stuffer project. Together, with the support of the entire Riverside community, these troops stuffed over 200 stockings that went to the Long Beach elementary school students. Girl Scouts from 1st through 7 grade caroled through our local neighborhood streets to bring holiday cheer through song. We ended this wonderful evening with cookies and hot cocoa. These troops continue to coordinate events together, to promote the part in the Girl Scout Law "Be a sister to every Girl Scout"
