In giving we receive

Members of the Parish of St Agnes were proud to celebrate community service by honoring the St. Agnes Giving Tree Committee at the Annual Parish Celebration on Oct. 24. The Giving Tree Committee began over 15 years ago and still has many of the same volunteers today. The Committee has enabled over 45,000 gifts to be collected and distributed, making the Christmas season brighter for some of those less fortunate. Over a third of the gifts stay within Rockville Centre and are used to support the efforts of the Parish Outreach Ministry and the Christmas celebration at the Rockville Centre Recreation Center. The committee generously shares their time and talent for others in need.  Organizers said it was a wonderful evening.
