Mostly Cloudy LBPD starts Neighborhood Watch

After West End resident Linda Apler expressed interest in starting a Neighborhood Watch program at a West End Neighbors meeting in October, the Long Beach Police Department is looking for active local residents to start a program in the West End.
In order to start the community-based program, the Long Beach Police Department needs to establish a committed group of people who are willing to meet on a regular basis and act as block liaisons to the department.
