Local teens, Katie Duffy & Monica McGrath took the time during summer vacation and the fall to help others. The girls sewed numerous eternity scarves for cancer patients who are receiving chemotherapy. The scarves will be used to keep the patients comfortable and warm while receiving their treatments.

They delivered these scarves to Sloan Kettering at Mercy Hospital where they were received with great thanks from the staff and patients.
