The Glenwood Landing American Legion Post 336 in Glen Head held a memorial concert featuring Chicken Head and Trilogy on Saturday to raise money for the Tunnels to Towers Foundation for veterans and first responders. Members of the post, with the help of the Glenwood Landing Fire Department, Sea Cliff Fire Department and local businesses including North Shore Farms, Holiday Farms, Rottkamp Farms and Glen Cove Beer & Soda, donated their time and donations for this wonderful cause. At the conclusion of the concert, Post 336 took in close to $7,500 thanks to over 400 residents from the local community and neighboring communities who were willing to make these worthy donations to help those who risk their lives day and night, 365 days a year, to protect this country.
