Fair Police: N. Valley Stream resident made terrorist threat

Andrew Davies, 18, of N. Valley Stream was arrested on Feb. 16 at 12 p.m. for threatening students at North High School.
According to detectives, Davies was participating in a fire drill at North High School, when he was recorded threatening violence to other students. The recorded statement was posted on social media.
An investigation was conducted, and Davies was arrested without incident. He is charged with making a terrorist threat and was arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead.
