Newbery Medal-winning writer Beverly Cleary’s Ramona character comes to life at Landmark on Main Street’s Jeanne Rimsky Theater, Sunday, Jan. 15, at 2 p.m. As fans of Cleary’s books know, Ramona doesn’t have it easy – her older sister Beezus is a pain, her Aunt Bea may marry a dork, and her Dad just lost his job. She even thinks that her teacher hates her. But with the help of her loving and patient family and friends, Ramona faces these challenges – as the audience laughs and cheers her on in this charming production.

Tickets are $18; available at (516) 767-6444 or www.landmarkonmainstreet.org.
