Tom Tripodi of the Tripodi Group at Douglas Prudential Elliman, a real estate agency on West Park Avenue in Long Beach, made a record-breaking sale for the barrier island, a $3.3 million home in Lido Beach. Tripodi also holds the record for the highest priced condominium sale for $2 million in Lido Beach.
