Rockville Centre library dedicates Gelston art book collection

Irving Gelston was on hand for the dedication of the 400-book art book collection at the Rockville Centre Public Library.

On Sept. 22, the Rockville Centre Library dedicated the Elaine and Irving Gelston Jr. Art Book Collection. The collection contains more than 400 volumes of art books collected by the Gelstons and donated to the library. The collection is housed on the library’s second floor, and all books are available for circulation to Rockville Centre Library patrons. Irving Gelston, was on hand for the dedication.
