Rockville Centre resident stars in 'The Pajama Game'

Rockville Centre resident Collette Campbell, 18, is currently starring in the Muhlenberg College production of “The Pajama Game,” which runs until Nov. 7 at the college’s Empie Theatre.

Campbell auditioned for a role in the production earlier in the school year. She plays the character Sandra in the musical, and she is also involved in dance numbers as well.

“I’m very excited for this opportunity,” said Campbell. “As a freshman, it’s an honor to be chosen.”

A graduate of Kellenberg Memorial High School, Campbell plans to become a theater major at Muhlenberg College, even though she has yet to declare. She also said she wants to double minor in dancing and music.

In total, nine performances of “The Pajama Game” will be showcased during its run at the Pennsylvania college. Tickets for the musical are available through the Muhlenberg College website or by phone.
