Members of the Shiloh Baptist Church joined Sandel Center seniors for a celebration of Black History month on Feb. 16. The special guest speaker at the luncheon was Patrick Morris, director of the village’s Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center. Mayor Mary Bossart and village trustees were on hand for the commemoration. Arnie Gruber and Jerry Ross presented a musical tribute to their African-American counterparts.
