Oceansider Emily Margaret Ertz was selected to participate in the eighth annual Stars, Stripes and Skates ICEtravaganza, which honored the memory of Sept. 11 and benefitted the Heritage Foundation of 9/11. Emily, 7, has been skating for five years and currently skates at the City of Long Beach Arena. She joined Olympic figure skaters at the show.
