The Real Allegria Hotel

On November 5th, 2009, almost 100 local Realtors from Long Beach, Atlantic Beach, Lido Beach, Point Lookout, Island Park & Oceanside were invited by Jim Fallon, Director of Sales and Marketing for the newly opened luxury Allegria Hotel in Long Beach on the ocean, to a breakfast and tour of the facility.

Local Long Beach Realtors Joe Sinnona and Neil Sterrer, co-chairmen of the Long Beach/Island Park Brokers Council and LIBOR Directors, organized the event. The oceanfront Atlantica Restaurant, L’Onda Lounge & Bar, Wine room, Dining Hall, Conference Center, Mezzanine, Lobby & oceanfront rooms were toured.

Everything is state-of-the-art. Breakfast was continental and Jim Fallon’s staff was very accommodating.

Almost 100 weddings are booked up to December 2010. Lots of people will need places to stay!
