Violinist Jaime Laredo in concert at Tilles Center

Acclaimed violinist Jaime Laredo performs in the intimate setting of Tilles Center's Hillwood Recital Hall, on Sunday, Dec. 12, at 3 p.m. The program features the Brahms Sonata in A Major, Opus 100, and Beethoven’s Sonata in F Major (Spring), Opus 24. Caroline Stoessinger, Music at Hillwod’s artistic director, pianist and host, will accompany and provide commentary on the music.

In addition to his solo concerts and appearances with renowned orchestras worldwide, Laredo performs with the Kalichstein-Laredo-Robinson Trio, founded 33 years ago by Laredo, cellist Sharon Robinson, and pianist Joseph Kalichstein. The trio plays regularly at Carnegie Hall, the 92nd Street Y in New York, and the Kennedy Center.
