Woodmere man charged in road-rage incident

Daniel J. Bosquez, 36, of Woodmere, was arrested for allegedly hitting an occupied vehicle with a baseball bat in upstate Ramapo on Interstate-87 at 4:16 p.m. on April 19, according to state police.

State police responded to the scene, where two drivers were involved in an alleged road-rage incident. There were no injuries reported.

Bosquez was arrested and to the state police headquarters in Tarrytown. He was charged with criminal mischief second-degree, menacing second-degree and criminal possession of a weapon fourth-degree (with intent to use). He is being held in the Rockland County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
