Cedarhurst man dies from injuries after Valley Stream accident

A motorcyclist who was struck by a Honda Civic on Mill Road on Sunday morning on April 2 has died from his injuries, according to Nassau County police.
Daniel Berrios, 47, of Cedarhurst was riding his motorcycle when a 72-year-old driver collided with him while making a left-hand turn onto Birch Lane. The motorcyclist, severely injured, was taken to a nearby hospital and left in critical condition. He was pronounced dead by hospital staff.
The investigation is ongoing, police said.
