District 13 transportation deadline is April 1

Transportation request applications for the 2016-17 school year must be received in the district’s business office or postmarked on or before Friday, April 1. Proof of residency, as requested on the application, must be provided each year. A birth certificate is required for an entering kindergarten student or a new applicant. No application will be accepted after that date.

In order for a child to receive transportation, an application must be on file. It is strongly suggested that an application be completed if a child might be placed on a wait list and/or there is any indication he/she might attend a school other than his/her assigned district school at any time in the 2016–17 school year. There are up to three applications per student.

Please make sure to include your email address on the application to receive confirmation of receipt of your application. If you do not have email, please send a self-addressed envelope for confirmation.
