Light Rain V.S. man arrested on local sex offense

Paul Cotugno, 33, of Valley Stream was arrested after trespassing and exposing himself to two neighbors.

Early this morning a Valley Stream man was charged and arrested after exposing his genitals to a minor.
At 2:35 a.m. Paul Cotugno, 33, was spotted by a 15-year-old loitering in the driveway of the adolescent's home. The minor screamed and ran inside after spotting Cotugno. She and a 63-year-old in the home went back outside to approach Cotugno who was under a vehicle outside the home with his pants down and holding his genitals. The two victims kept Cotugno on the scene until police arrived; he was arrested without any further incident.
